I am the owner and clinical director for Mindset Family Therapy. For over 23 years, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with OCD, anxiety disorders, and behavioral and family issues. I began my private practice to better serve the community in response to the lack of local specialized expertise. I have experienced overwhelming success in treating OCD and anxiety disorders.
At Mindset Family Therapy, we have an amazing team of therapists who additionally bring experience and specialties of their own. They are committed to helping community members with their mental and emotional needs.

I love to hear people's unique stories and help them find healing from emotional wounds. I am inspired by the strength, power and resilience of the human soul. As a therapist, I aim to create a safe space where the client can simultaneously feel seen and accepted, and find hope and healing through genuine connection. I believe that people have an inherent ability to move toward healing, and I feel honored to be part of a client's journey to authentic self-discovery and self-acceptance.

I began working with clinical populations in 2009 and I have spent most of my career working with adolescents, young adults, and families. My work is deeply informed by principles of attachment theory—including presence, connection, and compassionate boundaries. I have worked in residential and wilderness treatment programs, community mental health, and in private outpatient practice. I offer a gentle approach to therapy. I will support you in discovering your values and choosing a life for yourself that is resonant with your values.

I enjoy the process of therapy and love hearing the unique stories of each individual I meet. I am passionate about being part of my clients’ healing process and have extensive experience in working with adolescents and their families. Besides doing one-on-one sessions with the youth, I love working with their families so that together we can strengthen teens’ confidence and resilience as they face emotional, mental, social, and behavioral challenges.
