I firmly believe that change is possible for everyone. In my own life, I have experienced the value of a trusted witness share in my journey, and I'm humbled to be able to be that person for others. I hope to create an open and collaborative space where healing can come through self-discovery and insight. I believe the real answers come from the client, and strive to maintain that focus in my practice.
I have loved my time studying at Rocky Mountain University and look forward to finishing up my degree in Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in couples and families. I am also on the way to becoming Gottman Certified. My experiences also include serving as a youth educator for over 700 students, a bilingual crisis counselor, and as a research assistant.
I get to follow my passion in large part because of my wonderful wife who holds down the fort at home with our two boys. We love to cook together, me always being the sous-chef! When I get a spare moment, I love playing anything with a racquet/paddle and love a good book or an evening spent at a live sporting event.
