Sarah provides a compassionate, integrative approach to healing, specializing in relational health, trauma recovery, and neuro-affirming support:
I work with clients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. I have a particular passion for supporting women and young adults as they navigate life transitions, heal from past experiences, and build lives of meaning and resilience.
Sarah blends highly structured behavioral tools with deep emotional and creative interventions to foster lasting change:
I am passionate about helping individuals find healing, resilience, and renewed purpose in their lives. I have experience working with clients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds, but I feel especially called to support women and young adults. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working closely with early-returned LDS missionaries as they navigate the complexities of transition, grief, identity, and faith. I am committed to creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can process their experiences, reclaim their sense of self, and move forward with confidence.
In addition to my work with young adults, I have supported many women who are navigating the difficult and often isolating realities of emotional and physical abuse. My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and centered on each individual's unique story and goals. I believe healing is possible, and I am dedicated to offering the tools, support, and empathy needed for lasting change.
When I am at home I love to hike, spend time in nature, write stories, draw, and spend time with my husband and dog. I love to laugh and continually seek out new adventure opportunities.
