Education

  • Master of Social Work - Utah Valley University
  • Bachelor of Science - Psychology - Utah Valley University

I am passionate about helping individuals find healing, resilience, and renewed purpose in their lives. I have experience working with clients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds, but I feel especially called to support women and young adults. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working closely with early-returned LDS missionaries as they navigate the complexities of transition, grief, identity, and faith. I am committed to creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can process their experiences, reclaim their sense of self, and move forward with confidence.

In addition to my work with young adults, I have supported many women who are navigating the difficult and often isolating realities of emotional and physical abuse. My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and centered on each individual's unique story and goals. I believe healing is possible, and I am dedicated to offering the tools, support, and empathy needed for lasting change.

When I am at home I love to hike, spend time in nature, write stories, draw, and spend time with my husband and dog. I love to laugh and continually seek out new adventure opportunities.
