CSW | Therapist
Dylan provides a steady, expert presence for those navigating complex mental health challenges and neurological differences:
Experienced working with adolescents, college students, adults, and couples.
Dylan integrates rigorous, evidence-based protocols with a focus on self-compassion and personal agency:
Ever felt stuck in or afraid of your uncomfortable thoughts, emotional experiences, or habits? It can be incredibly exhausting to be in constant battle with these painful feelings. My goal is to help you align with your values, expand your emotional toolset, and move beyond these internal experiences that no longer serve you—all within a compassionate and supportive environment.
I strive to empower my clients to become their own therapists. By allowing you to take charge of the process, I can help guide you toward greater mental flexibility and new ways of relating to your challenges.
Outside the therapy room, you'll find me playing guitar, writing music, and performing in musical theater with my incredible wife. I am a proud girl dad and love family time! I also enjoy disco skating, skiing, running, and watching cinematic masterpieces like Inception and Dune.
