I consider it a profound honor to listen to the unique stories that shape each person's life journey. I believe everyone deserves a life filled with meaning, purpose, and connection. My approach is direct yet tender, creating a supportive space where individuals can grow, heal, and overcome the obstacles that stand between them and the life they truly desire.
I believe therapy should be approached through a systems lens, recognizing the various internal & external factors that influence a person's well-being. My experience includes working with adolescents and young adults in crisis and residential treatment settings, adults in community mental health and addiction recovery and most recently with medical professionals and their family members.
In my free time I enjoy playing PS5, late night movies, playing and watching sports, and reliving my childhood through my creative and energetic children.
