Nicole is a Master of Social Work intern completing her clinical training under licensed supervision. She understands how difficult it can be for parents to watch their child battle anxiety or OCD. Nicole's approach is gentle, evidence-based, and highly collaborative—working with both the child and their family to build lasting coping skills and restore a sense of balance at home.
Her sessions focus on helping children and teens understand what's happening in their minds and bodies, while giving parents practical strategies to support progress outside of therapy. Nicole believes in creating a safe, compassionate space where families can heal together and young clients feel truly seen, capable, and empowered.
Outside of therapy, Nicole enjoys time outdoors, camping, cooking, time in the gym, and being with loved ones.
