I believe that healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My goal as a therapist is to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, work through challenges, and build on their strengths.

I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person's unique experiences. I want to help clients develop the confidence and skills to navigate life's ups and downs while staying true to themselves. Together, we will work toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of fulfillment. I believe that even in life's hardest moments, there is always hope for change and a path forward.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also love reading a good book, traveling, cooking, and unwinding with a good movie or TV show.
