As a therapist, I am grateful for the opportunity to help individuals and families overcome challenges and develop a greater sense of their worth. I aim to create a safe and collaborative space where clients feel they can gain the strength and skills to heal and become their best selves. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in outpatient and school settings.

I am passionate about helping individuals in their healing process. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and children. I believe working with children/adolescents and their parents helps the most in the therapeutic process.

I focus on finding what evidenced-based modality will help each individual in their unique circumstance. I have experience working with challenges related to OCD, trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, self-harm, and child behavioral challenges. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and their families on their healing journey.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and friends. I also enjoy running, playing tennis, riding bikes, hiking, reading, and attending plays.
