Kayden provides a highly structured, evidence-based approach to recovery, specializing in the intersection of complex trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and acute emotional distress:
Experienced with children and adolescents, adults, and couples.
Kayden utilizes "Gold Standard" behavioral interventions, blending precision-based protocols with emotional depth to foster resilient recovery:
I have worked in the mental health field for 6 years and find deep fulfillment in supporting individuals on their journey toward healing. I don't believe anyone should be defined by their worst moments, and I strive to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where real change feels possible.
My practice is rooted in a strengths-based, person-in-environment perspective, drawing on all aspects of a client's life—relationships, identity, community, and environment—to support growth. I use evidence-based modalities to address OCD, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, suicidality, relationship issues, grief, and loss.
I am especially passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating OCD, anxiety, trauma, and related disorders. I also enjoy working with couples who are seeking deeper connection and more effective ways to communicate. I am committed to creating an inclusive space where people of all races, orientations, identities, and beliefs feel seen and valued.
My background in inpatient psychiatric care, residential treatment, research, and various therapy settings has given me insight into the unique challenges faced by underprivileged populations. I work to help clients build resilience, emotional regulation, and confidence in their ability to create meaningful change.
When I'm not working, you'll likely find me outdoors with my wife—skiing, mountain biking, or exploring new places. I enjoy listening to audiobooks, playing old folk songs on my guitar, and have recently discovered a passion for smoking meat. Cooking together has become one of our favorite pastimes, and I also love playing pickleball and volleyball whenever I get the chance.
