I am committed to providing a compassionate and inclusive space where people of all races, orientations, identities, and beliefs feel seen and valued.

I have worked in the mental health field for five years and have found deep fulfillment in supporting individuals on their journey toward healing. Through my work experience, I have learned that no one should be defined by their worst moments.

My practice is rooted in the strengths perspective—I believe that every person possesses unique strengths that can serve as powerful tools in their healing process. I enjoy studying at BYU and resonate with the person-in-environment approach commonly found in social work. I understand the importance of bringing in all aspects of the client's life into therapy. Using evidence-based modalities, I work collaboratively with clients to help them navigate their challenges.

My experience in inpatient psychiatric care, residential treatment, and research settings has given me valuable insight into the unique challenges faced by underprivileged populations. I enjoy helping everyone develop resilience, emotional regulation, and confidence in their ability to create meaningful changes in their lives.

When I'm not working, you'll likely find me outdoors with my wife—skiing, mountain biking, or exploring new places. I enjoy listening to audiobooks, playing old folk songs on my guitar, and recently discovered a passion for smoking meat. Cooking together has become one of our favorite pastimes. I also love playing pickleball and volleyball whenever I get the chance.
