I believe in each person’s inherent ability to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. Our life experiences and environments deeply shape how we see ourselves and the world. In therapy, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and take intentional steps toward the life you want to live. I want to help you think, feel, and live in a way that brings joy and meaning to your life.

I work collaboratively with my clients to identify personal goals and build a path forward. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, always with the aim of fostering self-awareness, emotional well-being, and lasting growth. Whether you're navigating challenges, seeking clarity, or hoping to feel more grounded and empowered, I'm here to support you in that process.

In my spare time, you can usually find me spending time with my family, cooking together, traveling, watching movies, or enjoying the outdoors. I also love playing music, reading, volunteering, and conducting research. These activities help me stay grounded, inspired, and connected to the things that matter most.
