Dorian provides a holistic and inclusive approach to mental health, specializing in the intersection of neurodiversity, specialized behavioral treatment, and mind-body wellness:
Experienced with children, teens, college students, adults, couples, and families.
Dorian integrates gold-standard behavioral tools with a narrative and person-centered lens, ensuring that therapy feels like a collaborative partnership rather than just a clinical process:
As a certified yoga instructor and clinical social worker, I bring a holistic, mind-body approach to therapy. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. I believe healing starts in a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself and know you belong.
Therapy is a shared process: I bring clinical training and practical tools, and you bring your own experiences, goals, and values. Together, we work to understand what you are going through and take clear, manageable steps so you can feel more steady, confident, and like yourself again.
Creativity is a big part of both my life and my work. Outside of therapy, I enjoy trying new things, whether that means learning dance choreography, cooking a new recipe, trying scuba diving, or exploring a new city. I also speak Mandarin and have learned some Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, French, and American Sign Language for fun!
