Bio

I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel heard, accepted, and comfortable being themselves. I strive to create a collaborative environment where clients can work toward meaningful change. I have experience working with adults navigating anxiety and depression, as well as individuals working through problematic pornography use. I also have a special interest in OCD and enjoy helping clients understand patterns that may be contributing to distress and feeling stuck.

Life can bring experiences that feel overwhelming, and sometimes it can be difficult to know how to move forward. My goal is to work alongside you to better understand what you are experiencing, identify what matters most to you, and develop tools that help you navigate life with greater confidence and flexibility. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, and I want clients to feel that we are working together toward goals that are meaningful to them.

I genuinely want to help people navigate the challenges that life brings, and getting to do that in a therapy setting is something I consider an honor. I believe that people are capable of meaningful growth and change, and I see my role as coming alongside clients rather than simply giving them answers. I want to help people better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and develop the tools they need to navigate difficult experiences and move toward the life they want. Being able to support someone as they gain confidence in their ability to help themselves is one of the most meaningful parts of this work for me.

In my free time I love going to concerts, reading, running, and spending time with my friends and family.
