My style is collaborative, warm, and nonjudgmental, and I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
Therapy doesn't have to feel clinical or intimidating—it can be a place to breathe, gain clarity, reconnect with yourself, and grow into the person you want to become. I am passionate about helping clients feel more confident, grounded, and supported as they navigate life's challenges.
In my free time I love walking, playing and cuddling my dogs. I also enjoy listening to some good audiobooks, playing board games with friends and family, and exploring new places to eat.
