Bio

Life can feel incredibly heavy at times—whether it's anxiety that won't quiet down, depression that makes everything overwhelming, or intrusive thoughts and compulsions that are taking over your time and energy. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone, and you don't have to navigate it by yourself. My style is collaborative, warm, and nonjudgmental, and I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.

Therapy doesn't have to feel clinical or intimidating—it can be a place to breathe, gain clarity, reconnect with yourself, and grow into the person you want to become. I am passionate about helping clients feel more confident, grounded, and supported as they navigate life's challenges.

In my free time I love walking, playing and cuddling my dogs. I also enjoy listening to some good audiobooks, playing board games with friends and family, and exploring new places to eat.
