Expert consultations to guide your approach to OCD treatment.
According to the International OCD Foundation, it still takes the average person 14 to 17 years from the onset of symptoms to access effective treatment for OCD. This delay is often due to lack of awareness, limited resources, and the stigma surrounding mental health.
At Mindset Family Therapy, we are dedicated to helping individuals access the right treatment. We also aim to support professionals who want to deepen their understanding of how to treat OCD and related disorders using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
We offer one-hour individual consultation sessions as well as group consultation services. Please note that consultation is not the same as clinical supervision. Our consultation services are designed to facilitate discussion of cases and clinical topics, allowing participants to enhance and supplement their existing knowledge.
To schedule a consultation—whether individual or group—please contact us. We'll be happy to discuss your goals and budget to find the best fit for your needs.
