As a therapist, it is a privilege to witness the healing process. I strongly believe that each person has an innate capacity for healing and growth. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have worked at Family Support & Treatment Center as a therapist treating children, teens and adults who have experienced trauma.
I have training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and utilize Mindfulness.
I love working with women who desire to build healthy relationships with others and with themselves. I also enjoy working with individuals who experience anxiety or perfectionism and helping them find ways to overcome those challenges. It is an honor to see individuals connect with their inherent worth and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Outside work, I enjoy spending time in the mountains, reading, being with family and watching cooking shows.
